Proposed Changes / Suggestions for Improvement

1) Contact Card:
For tasks, it’s possible to mark the task as completed. I accidentally clicked the checkbox circle → the task is marked as completed. However, it’s not possible to undo this; you have to create a new task, and the history ends up with unnecessary entries that just take up space.

2) Contact card:
In all text fields, you can format the text—such as using bullet points, font weight, italics, etc.
I copied some information from a website in white text and pasted it into the contact card. It isn’t displayed; I eventually realized it was there, but it wasn’t visible because of the color. There’s no way to change the color to black. This is a shortcoming that, in turn, requires extra—but unnecessary—effort.

3) Contact Card:
Every now and then I have contacts who have two phone numbers: a landline number for the organization and a cell phone number. Both are important.
However, in the Contacts and Links section, it’s not possible to enter a second phone number. It would be helpful to be able to enter both numbers side by side.
