Hi everyone, there are certain steps that are specific to prospects, customers, and team members, and these also require a specific date, e.g., 1. Follow-up after 24 hours, 2. Follow-up after 3 days, 3. Follow-up 7 days after sending information, or for new customers: discuss the application about 3 business days after purchase, set up autoship, request a testimonial, check in with the customer monthly, or whatever.
When a prospect signs up or I add a new customer, I currently have to manually enter all tasks for that customer one by one. Since these are always the same tasks and the same times should essentially be duplicated, it would be awesome to automatically enter these appointment series for each customer, prospect, or team member—or at least have them suggested when creating a new entry—so that I can accept all suggestions with just one click and add them to my calendar. These are sometimes small tasks that don’t necessarily take 30 minutes, so it would even be great if we could shorten the default 30-minute time interval.
Does that make sense? I think not only Positive Global Change but all SAGA users would benefit greatly from a feature like this because it saves a tremendous amount of time.
