customer to ambassador

HI guys, just trying how to best track my customers who i then upgrade to ambassadors. when in pipeline view they are under “launching” but if i want to then move them to a business conversation do i send back to inviting? or is there an option where we could “upgrading” or something where we take a customer into the business ?

    Hi Valerie,

    Great news! We just released a feature that should solve this for you. You can now create and customize your own pipelines.

    This means you can add a new step like "Upgrading" or create a separate pipeline specifically for tracking customers who become ambassadors.

    you'll very soon be able to create custom pipeline! hold on a couple more days and then you’ll be able to create an extra step for ambassador that Will suite your case :)
