    I don’t see how to add the new step for lost ones! I see questions and happy people for that addition! but I can’t find the “HOW”. Thanks.

    yes I need this too. There is a Lost label, but that doesn’t quite fit

    That column is actually the Connecting one!

    Labels: I didn’t quite get it. You’re saying you’d basically want a Kanban view but with labels?
