Hi Marén, the system should automatically detect contacts that have the same email, phone number, or Instagram profile. We are also adding Facebook and LinkedIn soon.
If a contact wasn't recognized correctly during an import, there might be a specific issue. I'd suggest contacting our support team so they can look into your specific case.
