Feature Request – Share completed Form responses with Sponsor

Hi SAGA Team,

I have a feature request for Tools → Forms that I believe would be very useful, especially for onboarding and team duplication.

At the moment, I use Forms for new partners in my organization to complete onboarding questions and information. As the person who created the Form, I can see their completed responses, but I am not necessarily their direct sponsor.

For example:

I create the Form → a new partner further down in my organization, Sofia, completes it → her direct sponsor should ideally be the person reviewing and working with her answers.

What I would love is a simple “Copy link” / “Share response” button next to a completed Form submission.

When Sofia has completed her Form, she could click this button and receive a unique link to her completed response. She could then send that link to her sponsor via Messenger, WhatsApp, email, etc.

When the sponsor opens the link, they would see Sofia’s completed Form and answers in a clean, preferably read-only view.

The workflow would therefore be:

Partner completes Form → clicks “Copy link / Share response” → sends link to sponsor → sponsor opens and reviews the completed Form.

This would solve an important duplication issue for us. Right now, because I created the Form, I need to keep checking whether people throughout the organization have completed it and potentially pass the information on myself.

Ideally, I want the partner and their sponsor to take responsibility for this process, without requiring the Form creator or upline leader to be involved every time.

I think this could make Forms much more scalable for onboarding, coaching, goal-setting and other team processes.
