Is it possible to add conditions in the emails sending broadcast?
Dear “awesome” SAGA team,
Would it be possible to add conditions in the emails workflows?
Ex. : If {surname} has opened the link in the email received, than do the following “Action A”.
If not, do the “Action B”.
That could be so great to have this automatisation. ;o)
(I’ve checked in the database and in the request features, but not did not find anything on that topic).

Hi Claire, thanks for the feedback! What we’re currently developing—and which will be available in SAGA in a few months—are dynamic email lists and drip campaigns. The idea is that when a contact receives a tag, they’re added to a list that triggers email flows. The tag can be assigned by a prospecting tool.
So, a user leaves their contact information in a prospecting tool (lead magnet/info pages/Linkmate/form) and is tagged with a label. Once tagged, they are added to a mailing list, and the automated email is sent from there. As soon as it’s available, we’ll let you know and also update the guide.
