New "step" for lost ones

Feature Request

Would love to have one more “step” (like connecting, inviting), but for all those who are not interested, ghosted. It would be nice if they would be in one “place/step” rather than at those steps where are active leads/customers and not mix the air/interfere 🤗

    Great news - this is now possible! You can create and customize your own pipelines to include a step for contacts who are no longer active, like the one you described. This should help you keep your active leads separate.

    Definitely agree! In my previous CRMs, there has been the ability to customize your stages / phases and I always had one for leads who were not a good fit, ghosted, etc. For right now, perhaps the workaround is using the tags / labels since we can filter by those, but I love the idea of being able to set them to a “Not a Fit At This Time” stage.

      the Lost stage is actually meant for this. but they intentionally move out of the way so that you can focus on what matters. yet they're there whenever you need them!

    you can set their membership status as lost! and they will just disappear from your kanban! have you tried that @Simona ?
