no scroll option

Hi when i open a contact and the info page fills my screen, i do not have the sliding bar on the side to scroll down to click on the save or delete buttons or other fields below the screen. it only workson a touch screen. i do not have a mouse. can this be fixed?

    Hi Valerie,

    Thanks for reaching out about this. Sometimes, for the scroll to work, you need to make sure your cursor is positioned over the contact's information panel. If it's outside of that area, it might not scroll.
