Separate list for non-business building customers

As a user, I want to have a separate list for customers who don't want to build the business. This would allow me to check in on them and serve them periodically without having them stuck in the "launching" phase.

    Hi Michelle,
    Great news - this is now possible! You can create and customize your own pipelines to include a step for contacts who are no longer active, like the one you described. This should help you keep your active leads separate from your other customers.
