Turn Event and Webinar Registrations into CRM Contacts Automatically

Right now, if I run a webinar, workshop or live event, every registration has to be handled by hand: I copy the list somewhere else, create contact records by hand, and send the joining link or reminder myself.

What I'd like to see: an event or webinar registration that behaves like a normal SAGA capture, so the whole follow-up happens inside the app.

• A registration form for the event — create it once, reuse it for every session.

• The registrant becomes a contact automatically, with their answers stored on the record, tagged or labelled with the event they signed up for.

• The joining link (Zoom or similar) goes out automatically, with the reminder before it starts.

• Who actually showed up should be tracked, so I can tell attendees apart from no-shows and follow up differently with each group.

• Push it into a flow — the registrant should be able to start the same automation steps any other new contact does, instead of a one-off manual list.

Why it matters: events are one of our strongest ways to fill the pipeline, but the moment the event ends the data goes back to being manual. Having registration, contact record, joining link and attendance all in one place means the follow-up actually happens, and my leaders can see who registered versus who showed up without building it themselves.
