Weird line-break formatting thing with SAGA

Super odd, the editor / admin version of a bullet list in the description of a challenge step looks fine, but when published, becomes spaced out with weird line breaks. I keep having to go in and fix it manually after having Claude create the steps because Claude can't seem to resolve the issue.
