It would be great if the following were possible:
The ability to save a second phone number (e.g., landline/cell phone)
A field for the address
Next to the “Interested” button, you can select the option “Business” or “Product.” It would be good to be able to select both. Often, people want to use products but haven’t yet made a clear decision about the business—they’re just interested.
