Keyword triggers for automated messaging on Facebook and Instagram

Feature Request
I want SAGA to be able to react to specific trigger words on Facebook and Instagram and automatically send a message to the user, similar to how Manychat works. This is important for automating our social media engagement on both platforms.

    Native Integration for Facebook Comments to Messenger Automation

    User wants to automate the process of turning Facebook comments into Messenger conversations and ingesting them into SAGA CRM. This is currently not possible as the native integration is missing.

    Automated responses

    I would like to suggest adding a feature within SAGA that allows us to create automated responses.

    The idea would be to set up workflows or automated flows that:

    • Intelligently respond to certain messages or keywords.

    • Allow scheduling follow-up message sequences (e.g., follow-up after 2 days).

    • Integrate with current conversations to save time on repetitive tasks.

    I am currently using another CRM where I can do all of this, but I would like to stop using it and manage everything directly within SAGA.

    This would greatly simplify management and allow us to focus on high-value conversations without missing opportunities due to delayed responses.
